Depart Marrakech in the morning and travel southeast across the High Atlas Mountains. Follow the winding road through traditional mountain villages and scenic landscapes before crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, with stops along the way for photographs and panoramic views.
Continue to Aït Ben Haddou, the famous UNESCO-listed fortified village built from traditional earthen architecture. Enjoy time to explore the ksar and have lunch nearby before continuing through Ouarzazate, often considered the gateway to southern Morocco.
In the afternoon, travel through the Rose Valley and the changing landscapes of the Dades region. Arrive in the Dades Valley by late afternoon or early evening, where dinner and your overnight accommodation await.

After breakfast, leave the Dades Valley and continue toward Tinghir and Todra Gorge. Stop at the gorge for a walk beneath its impressive limestone cliffs and take time to enjoy the scenery before continuing deeper into southeastern Morocco.
Travel through desert towns and open landscapes toward Erfoud and Merzouga. As you approach the Sahara, the scenery gradually becomes more arid until the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi appear on the horizon.
On arrival in Merzouga, meet the camel team and begin your camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy the changing colors of the Sahara around sunset before reaching your desert camp. Dinner is served at camp, followed by an evening under the desert sky.

Wake early to experience sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes, followed by breakfast before leaving Merzouga. Begin the return journey toward Marrakech, traveling west through the landscapes of southern Morocco.
Continue through the Draa Valley, known for its extensive palm groves, traditional villages, and kasbahs. Stop along the route for lunch and short breaks before continuing toward the Ouarzazate region.
In the afternoon, cross the High Atlas Mountains once again and follow the Tizi n’Tichka road back to Marrakech. Arrival is expected in the evening, with drop-off at the designated location or the nearest vehicle-accessible point to your accommodation.
